What stands out about our experience with Joe of Affinity Wedding Photography is how he went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. Every special, little moment of our wedding was captured by him in a way that we will be able cherish for ever. The whole time Joe was very patient with us and always did his best to fulfil each of our requests about different types of shots and backdrops. His immense experience and eye for detail was highly apparent. Not only were the photos he took exceptional, but he took the lead in coordinating all of the details of our procession with each person who was involved. We highly recommend Joe to any couples looking for a wedding photographer because he will help make your day extra special!

Joe is a wonderful combination of true professionalism and skill with a highly personable, humorous, and easygoing personality. He has confidence in his expertise, precision in his work, and a dedicated commitment to the people he works with. From our first meeting at a coffee shop, Joe was so easy to embrace and the passion for his work was easily seen and felt. We walked out from the first meeting feeling confident and excited to have Joe capture our once-in-a-lifetime occasion. We did not look further and booked him in our next email. Joe was very thorough in his work. He met with us a second time as the wedding got closer, visited our wedding venue to scout out the location, and even met with us a third time at my parents’ home to give us helpful tips for our Chinese tea ceremony. On the wedding day, he arrived early, set up his equipment, and documented the tea ceremony beautifully. Our parents in particular were very pleased with the photos that he took of the tea ceremony and his wonderful presence with our close family members and wedding party. Throughout the day, Joe was actively documenting, observing, getting a feel for the people, and making decisions on the timing and location in order to capture the best moments. Joe delivered the photos in two weeks as promised which was just wonderful. This was something that many of our friends were amazed at and wished they had known of sooner as many of them had to wait much longer times. The online gallery was greatly appreciated by our family and friends, especially those who lived abroad who could see our photos with ease. Joe even surprised us with a specially selected photo that he developed in large size. If we were to sum up our appreciation for Joe in one sentence, it was that he helped us to relax and just be ourselves on the wedding day knowing that we had a friend in him who would ensure only the best. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you very much for capturing our wedding day so beautifully. After postponing our Wedding on May 2 ~ thank you Covid-19 ~ we were finally married on Aug. 29th! Joe photographed our special day from beginning to end and it was no easy feat! Moving between several locations as well as capturing stunning images of the falcon that flew in our rings, to horse carriages to the bride & groom on horses! Joe did it all! He will go above and beyond to capture all of your cherished moments. We never had a single issue or doubt throughout the months we worked with Joe. He is a consummate professional with a true passion for his craft, and it shines through in his work! We cannot express how much we enjoyed working with him, but moreso, what a wonderful, caring person he is! Thank you Joe! Can't wait to work with you again!
