Airwaves Music - Vancouver DJs

Airwaves Music was FANTASTIC! Owen was the perfect DJ for us. As soon as we had our initial call we could tell he understood our taste and how to make our playlist suit the energy of a wedding dance floor. We even threw a few curveballs to Owen at the last minute and he enthusiastically came through on everything! His energy throughout the night kept everyone entertained and about a dozen different people came up to us to say they’ve never been to a wedding with such good music. The handful of kids we had with us danced non-stop for hours (until dessert came out), so it’s fair to say he was also the best childcare we could’ve asked for. And of course Owen was a professional when it came to all the setup, moving, announcements, and clean up, making sure everyone could enjoy the fun without hassle or interruption. We recommend Airwaves and Owen to anyone looking for the perfect wedding dance floor!!

These guys were amazing to work with! My other DJ bailed on us last minute (three weeks before our wedding reception, on New Year's Eve), so I found Airwaves Music and they were wonderful to work with. I filled out their online form and they contacted me immediately, arranged a call to discuss our vibe and what we were looking for, and connected us to DJ Kal, who was great! The whole process was effortless, communication was quick, and every single person who we were in touch with from the company was amazing. I highly recommend them for your party planning needs.

We wanted our wedding to be fun, and Beau at Airwaves made sure the dance floor was the place to be. From ceremony to cocktail hour to the party, he had everything covered, including helping us with last-minute song edits and even splicing tracks for our special dances. Beau was super easy to work with, taking time to understand what we wanted and bringing the perfect energy to the day. The only downside was the slightly outdated platform for song uploads, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the amazing experience. Big thanks to Beau and the Airwaves team for making our wedding unforgettable!

We had an amazing experience with Airwaves. From the start, the event coordinator Veronica was extremely responsive, attentive, and helpful. She helped us throughout the whole process. Finally, on the day of our wedding, Juan (the DJ) put up an amazing performance. He had guests dancing all night long. The dance floor was never empty! He not only played most of the songs we requested but also added his own songs as he saw fit to keep people hyped and the party going. This was a 10/10!
