The entire team and Blairs is WONDERFUL. Hire them for your wedding or event catering needs !! Mark, Pauline, and the folks at Blairs catered our wedding this past weekend, at the recommendation of our venue (the Henley Room at the Argonaut Rowing Club). I actually didn’t have any pictures from the night of the food, so I’ve included photos from our tasting! Some highlights : - They are extremely flexible and able to accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. We needed everything from Halal to Gluten Free to Vegan to diabetic accommodations, and Blairs looked after all of it ! - Their pricing was very reasonable, and they didn’t charge more for making small adjustments or changes, which was so appreciated and not my typical experience with catering companies. - As individuals they are lovely, communicative, and delightful people to work with. - The food is delicious !! My partner Ittaana and I both come from cultural backgrounds where the food is a critical part of our celebrations, but our families LOVED the food and would not stop talking about it. - Their staff and service team were so kind and professional on the night of. It was such a pleasure to interact with them throughout the evening. We both felt they took really great care of our families in particular. I had a fantastic experience with Blairs Catering for my wedding. They were responsive, detail-oriented, and organized on the day of! We got a lot of compliments on how good the food was. They were also kind enough to accommodate our cake and late night table with minimal instructions. I got married at Madison greenhouse and they are definitely not an easy venue to work in for catering, but Blairs made it look effortless. Highly, highly recommended for anyone looking for a wedding caterer! They're worth every dime

Absolutely could not have been happier with Blair's, who provided the catering for our wedding. Prices were very reasonable for what is provided. We were not charged extra for offering a wider variety of meal choices, as we wanted to ensure that we were able to cater to a range of dietary restrictions. Communication was smooth leading up to the wedding and almost all of our requests were met. We were on a tight timeline on our wedding day and the staff ensured that we were able to stay on schedule by being prompt with dinner service. All of the food was delicious but we received the most compliments on the beef short rib from our guests. Do not hesitate to go with Blair's for any catering needs. There is a reason they are a preferred caterer at numerous venues.

Blair's catering really went above and beyond for our August 2019 wedding. The prices were great, and the food was DELICIOUS! Very big portions. Best chicken I've ever had!!! My guests (and us) were so happy and full! Even the taste testing was such a lovely experience. Also, when my husband and I were taking photos in the park after the ceremony, one of their staff members came and found us, and gave us food and water!!! Sooo thoughtful. I was so thoroughly impressed with Blair's catering!!! I will definitely use them again in the future. If you are thinking about booking with Blair's - do it!!! Mark, Pauline, and the entire staff are outstanding. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys!
