I ordered an arrangement from the website from the shop in Brampton Ontario and it was delivered on time and was as gorgeous as the picture on the site. It was send to a dear friend at a time of great loss and it brightened her day! The service provided when I made an error on the order was corrected almost immediately with constant communication via email. They were so understanding and compassionate with me. It was gratefully appreciated. I wish I could give more stars as they go above and beyond for my one order. I will definitely use them again!

I put in an order with them and it’s been a very smooth process so far! Thank you for your assistance along the way! Update: the order was delivered and I could not be happier, I was out of the country and they were amazing at updating the tracking and having a seamless delivery! Even though they did not have what I originally ordered they graciously offered me a substitute! I’ve attached a picture 10/10 will order again!

I forgot my grandma's birthday and quickly decided to order a bouquet from Bloomen after seeing many good reviews online. I placed my order at about 1 p.m. and thought it would have to show up during the 5-9 p.m. window, but to my pleasant surprise, she received it just before 4 p.m. It was absolutely beautiful and she loved it! A full, fresh bunch of two dozen pink roses - it really made her birthday! Thank you Bloomen staff for the attentive work and quick turn around time! I couldn't have asked for anything better!
