Burnaby Hall

Beautiful and spacious venue - highly recommend! We had our wedding here and out of all the places we looked into, they were able to accommodate to our event date, budget, and capacity. The big plus is that this venue was central to all of our guests and had lots of parking in and within the vicinity.

I emailed and was directed to text the phone number that was given to me for more information and booking. The questions I asked were: How much will it be for 50 ppl do they have availability for May 10th The so called "volunteer did not answer my questions but rather questioned me. "THE VOLUNTEER " asked me if there was going to be alcohol, or dancing? I said yes dancing. Also asked if there was going to be food and drinks?!.... Mind you I have already told them its for my child's first birthday party... The only answer they first gave me was, there was no availability for May 10th, so I asked what would be the next available date? They said May 16th! I replied okay and asked them the pricing again they responded 3.5 hours later saying it will be $2000 ! And I said to them $2000 for 50 ppl?! I told them, you know what from the get go they were trying avoid me booking it and just being disrespectful replying to my question with a question. They said they were a volunteer and doing their best to respond to 100s of people emailing and texting. B.S. I told them they wouldn't have such a difficult time if they were NOT trying to pick and choose who books the place etc. AND after that they text me have a nice day ! and randomly asks me who is this and says sorry the room is booked for that day DISRESPECTFUL I COULD ONLY IMAGINE ACTUALLY BOOKING WITH THEM IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD

We had the pleasure of hosting our community event at this facility last Saturday, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the moment we signed the contract, every detail was meticulously handled with the utmost professionalism. A special thanks to Lily and her entire team for their exceptional service and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I had my wedding at Burnaby Hall last month and I am extremely pleased with everything. From booking the hall to the big day, the owners were very friendly and accommodating to all of my questions throughout the months. They made sure the staff was there the night before to help setup and even helped with all the take down after the wedding. The venue is spacious, clean, organized, all of our guests absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their big wedding day! Thank you Burnaby Hall!!
