Is Grand Empire Banquet Hall your business?
My name is Jaskarn Singh, and I am sharing my experience with Empire Banquet Hall (Grand Empire) so others can make an informed decision. I signed a formal reservation agreement for a Jago event on July 27, 2026, which was signed on November 10, 2025 and approved by management, including the Vice President. I also paid a $2,500 security deposit to secure the date. The event was planned for approximately 250 guests, and invitations had already been sent to family across North America and Europe. A few days, I received a phone call stating that the hall was “double booked” for my confirmed date. I was told this was due to an internal mistake. The only solution offered was either a full refund or a much smaller hall that can only hold 150 people, which is not a viable alternative for our event. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience, stress, or disruption caused—only a refund and a suggestion to “find another venue.” Having a signed contract and paid deposit should mean something. Unfortunately, my experience showed that even with written agreements, dates may not be honored. Based on my experience, I would not consider Empire Banquet Hall reliable or trustworthy. Please proceed with caution when booking.

The Navarathri festival today was an absolute delight! This one-day extravaganza, featuring a free veggies panorama and the delightful aroma of masala tea, truly captured the essence of the festival. The inclusivity of the event was heartwarming, with everyone reveling in the festivities. The fact that there was no entrance fee made it accessible to all, and the abundance of unlimited snacks was a culinary treat. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable way to spend my day. The atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and the spirit of celebration. People of all ages and backgrounds gathered together, creating a sense of unity and togetherness. The free veggies panorama was a feast for the eyes. The vibrant colors and fresh produce made it a visual delight. It was a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the rich agricultural heritage and diversity of the region. Walking through the panorama, I felt a deeper connection to the local culture. The masala tea was a true highlight of the festival. Its aromatic blend of spices and the warmth it provided on a slightly chilly day were absolutely comforting. Sipping on this tea while taking in the festivities was a memorable experience. What truly sets this festival apart is its open-door policy. It's a celebration for all, regardless of age or background. Families, friends, and even solo visitors felt welcome. The festival's commitment to inclusivity is commendable. The absence of an entrance fee was a pleasant surprise. In a world where many events come with a hefty price tag, this festival stood out as a beacon of generosity. It allowed people from all walks of life to participate without any financial barriers. Unlimited snacks were another delightful aspect of the festival. From traditional snacks to modern treats, there was something for every palate. It's not often that you get to enjoy such a variety of snacks without worrying about the cost. The stalls at the festival were nothing short of amazing. Craftsmen, artisans, and vendors had brought their best products and creations. It was a shopper's paradise, offering everything from handmade crafts to delicious street food. Browsing through the stalls, I found unique items that would make perfect souvenirs or gifts. For the younger attendees, this festival was a wonderland. The vibrant colors, lively music, and a myriad of activities catered to the interests of children. From face painting to small rides, kids had a blast exploring the festival. It was heartwarming to see their faces light up with excitement. But this festival was by no means just for children. Adults also had their fair share of enjoyment. The stalls offered a wide range of products, from traditional clothing to contemporary fashion. It was a great opportunity to indulge in some retail therapy or discover unique fashion pieces. The live entertainment was a pleasant surprise. The cultural performances, including traditional dance and music, added an authentic touch to the festival. It was a treat to witness the talent and dedication of the performers. As I strolled through the festival grounds, the sense of community was palpable. It was evident that this event brought people together, fostering connections and creating lasting memories. The spirit of Navarathri was alive in every corner. The festival was a feast for the senses. The aroma of delicious street food filled the air, making it impossible to resist trying a little of everything. The sound of laughter and music created a lively ambiance that was infectious. For those interested in spirituality, there were opportunities for worship and reflection. Temples and prayer spaces were set up, allowing attendees to connect with their faith and seek blessings. The organization of the festival was impeccable. Clean and well-maintained facilities, ample seating, and clear signages made navigating the event effortless. The volunteers and staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that everyone had a pleasant experience. Also, they have free draw,so write your name and left in that bucket.

We had the pleasure with booking my 50th birthday party with Aryan Kalia, he's so sweet and professional and approachable all my request he made seamless. Now the day of the party what a Night to remember!!!! You know your party is a hit your in bed the next day and your phone is blowing up because the FOOD WAS SOO GOOD, THE BEST INDIAN FOOD THEY'VE HAD, the DJ had us dancing all night, 4 days later and my Friends still buzzing about what a great time they had at my party, the food everything. Thanks to all the staff the Bartender, the DJ the servers the cooks, management. Team work makes the dream work. I would definitely recommend and rebook. I generally don't leave a review but felt I had to really give a heartfelt thanks to Empire staff

The Empire Banquet Hall had greatfood. We had our Christmas Party there. New Manager was on and he could not give me a receipt that night even though we had asked in advance throughout the night. We had to ask for it again and again. Hope they get more organized as we had to call them again to get the receipt. And when we got it, it was incorrect. Other than that we were happy with the servers, the DJ and the room.
