Tried booking with them for an event, and it was my co-worker and I. I had some questions after, and they chewed out my co-worker over the phone for no reason at all. I got the feeling they dislike males. My co-worker said "My partner has a few questions." and the lady on the other end cut him off very aggressively and said "No. We will not speak to them. We are only speaking with you." Like, I'm sure you have bad days, but when the potential client is being nice and polite, and you bite their head off for no reason, it reflects really poorly on you all.
