I had such a wonderful experience at this flower shop! Natalie helped me create a small red rose bouquet from scratch, and she was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was outstanding—she was so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet throughout the whole process. She asked the right questions to make sure it turned out exactly how I wanted it and really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect and made the experience feel special. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her work. I couldn’t be happier with how the bouquet turned out. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again Natalie!! 💕

Unfortunately, the flowers were in very poor condition. They wilted just two days after purchase, which is very disappointing. This is not the first time this has happened. My boyfriend often buys flowers for me here because it’s the closest flower shop, but the quality consistently leaves much to be desired. I’m attaching photos of the bouquet on the day of purchase and two days later for reference.

I usually purchase flowers from my usual florist whom I have known for years. For logistical reasons, I purchased from Lotus Flowers a single rose, a bouquet, and monthly delivery for the next several months. The single rose was fresh. However, the bouquet was not fresh at all - the roses were withered, a couple of them were so old and damaged. I had the bouquet delivered to Sutton Hotel in preparation for our exciting dinner. Unfortunately, i found it extra embarrassing to hear from my partner that the roses were disappointing. She said she didn’t want to let me know at first - she said she didn’t want to ruin the romantic atmosphere at dinner and until the next day. She took photos of the bouquet at the dinner and the next morning. You can see how bad the roses were. I am going back to the shop to give the owner an opportunity to make it right. I believe freshness of flowers ought to be the most important part of excellent customer service and a huge part of presenting best image of the shop (business). Depending on how the owner chooses to make this right, I might cancel all future orders.
