It was stressful dealing with this vendor. We never met Dazy in the whole process. Trying to get a hold of them was a task on its’ own. We would send out an email requesting a meeting time and we would hear back from them 1-2 weeks later. The meetings were always set up over video call. We would finally get a meeting time only for her not to show up. This happened on multiple occasions. We sat on the call for an hour before we gave up and closed our computer. I had emailed, called and texted her admin person Deep that same night and she did not get back to me until a week later saying Dazy didn’t have a connection, So that’s why she couldn’t come online. The other incidents their excuse is always “there was an emergency”. You can’t tell me you have an emergency every time. Feels like poor planning on their half. After they finished setting up inside the house we had to call them over and over to come and fix things. We took these pictures in process to show them what was wrong. Stairs drapes were dropping in the middle of stairs. They wanted more money to fix it. We were upset and asked them to take it down, they only took part of it down. We took the rest of it down. They still wanted to charge us for stairs but we refused and then we were told Dazy is not in charge but Deep is. So we don't know if Dazy is still the owner or she sold it. We did not see professionalism from this vendor at all. They also give the run around to our hall people as well. Giving time and not showing up. When we wanted to pay the rest of what was owed to them they still didn’t get back to us. Our wedding week was over for 3 weeks before we were able to pay the rest. Deep wouldn’t edit our invoice or answer our emails about editing. Decorations in our tent were nice and we were quick to compliment on that. Overall I would suggest to be careful if you book them. Dazy and Deep are impossible to deal with and will just add more stress to your week.
