The team was amazing and so helpful! We came in last minute after another shop wasn’t able to accommodate our request, and the florists at Surrey Flower Shop were able to give us exactly what we needed - beautiful premade bouquets. The florists even asked about our delivery timing so they could guide us on how best to keep the flowers fresh. Since one bouquet wasn’t being delivered until several hours later, they thoughtfully provided us with a bucket of water to make sure the flowers stayed fresh. We truly appreciated their kindness, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for stunning premade bouquets or custom flower arrangements!

Best flower shop in surrey bought 3 different Bouquet of 24 roses to suprise my wife and they hook me up with best price. Bouquet was looking great and wife was inlove with all 3 of them.definitely my go to flower shop moving forward

For Mother's Day, my family traditionally orders flowers from Surrey Flower Shop for me. However, this year's bouquet, which arrived by 7:00 pm on Mother's Day, was dry and not fresh. After some initial hesitation, I contacted the shop and was pleasantly surprised by the owner, Ms. Dolly, who was very understanding and kind, offering to replace the bouquet with a new one within a few days. Today, her husband hand-delivered a beautiful bouquet. The flowers were fresh, fragrant, and arranged beautifully. I applaud Dolly and her team for their outstanding customer service.
