Absolutely Fantastic - Year after Year! I’ve used Visionary Catering for three years in a row for a birthday event, and they’re truly fantastic. The food is exceptional — perfectly cooked beef, chicken, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, rice, and salads that are amazingly fresh— everything is delicious, right down to the condiments they provide. Many of the guests repeatedly have commented on how fabulous they are. Their table settings and linens are top quality, and set performly by their team. The administrator is so easy to work with, always quick to respond and makes fabulous suggestions. I use many caterers in Calgary and Vancouver, and Visionary is by far and Visionary and the team there are simply fantastic.

I had the best experience working with Visionary Catering (Lindsay, Ashley, and team) for our event in Calgary! We hosted a group of about 30 and ordered the standard buffet menu. The food arrived right on time, came with plates, cutlery and utensils, and everyone I spoke to had nothing but great things to say about how delicious it was. Even though I coordinated everything remotely from Ottawa and didn’t get to try it myself, the feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive. The team was responsive, accommodating, and professional. they even helped with setup and came back afterward to assist with teardown. Our event was on a Saturday, and they managed to confirm everything by Thursday on very short notice, which was a huge help. Payment and logistics were seamless thanks to their flexibility and communication. I highly recommend Visionary Catering for any event. They made the entire process easy from start to finish!

Visionary Catering came highly recommended by my mom who orders a ton of corporate catering and they did not disappoint. They catered my wedding of 50 people just outside of Airdrie and both the food and service was exceptional. The planning process was easy, staff was professional, food was hot, beautifully presented, and delicious. I would highly recommend them for any type of event.
